What’s Stopping You From Starting a Blog?

Do you want to start a blog? Have you been thinking about it for awhile but just not made the leap? Or has the thought never even crossed your mind? Nine months ago the thought had never crossed my mind. Not once. It was my husband who came to me with the idea, but the idea wasn't for me it was for him. He had listened to a podcast about starting a website and it intrigued him. He went ahead and signed up with BlueHost and started his site. I watched him design his layout, helped with some pictures, and I thought it looked like fun. But then I was stumped. What should my site be about? The doubts started creeping into my head, "why would anyone read what I have to say?", "I'm not an expert on anything", "is this just going to be a waste of time?", "can people seriously make money with a blog?". Thanks to the encouragement of my husband and the inspiration from many other awesome bloggers, I jumped in and decided to give this blogging thing a try and I'm so glad I did. Top Online Survey Sites – Over 40 Companies Willing to Pay for Your Opinion

Market research is a huge industry! Companies are willing to pay to get valuable information about their customers, products, target audience, trends, etc. This is where the survey companies come in. If you are a stay-at-home mom and only have an hour during nap time, then take a survey! If you want to work a little at night after kids are in bed, if you're at a boring job waiting for the phone to ring, if you have a long bus ride every morning, if you want some extra play money to go shopping, etc.....then surveys are a great way to add some cash to your pocket! I have personally made hundreds of dollars with surveys and I don't do them very often. I have been paid anywhere from $60 for a 2-hour music survey to $.25 for a 5-minute survey. The surveys you qualify for will vary depending on your age, race, interests, location, etc. so understand that one survey company that works for you might not work for someone else. I know, and hopefully you know, that taking surveys will not make you rich or replace a full-time job. I average around $5 - $10/hr with surveys and am always happy when $50 arrives in my PayPal account from a survey company! Tips for Getting Your Stock Photos to Sell

One of my favorite ways to earn money from home is through stock photography. You can see from my income reports that every month I make money from multiple stock photo sites. I make money whether I spend time working on photos or not. Once my pictures are accepted to a site, they're available for people to buy over and over and I make income passively! It's awesome! January 2017 Income Report

This is my 7th income report, wow time flies! Check out my past income reports here. My goal is to make money from home while keeping my family as my number one priority. This means I’m cooking, cleaning, going on field trips, arranging play dates, driving to/from sports, etc. and then working from home in my “spare” time.
